The concept of this track is as old as nfs3, at least for me. Since I discovered the possibility to mod tracks I always wanted to have a pretty short eight-shaped track.
But as the tools when I stopped modding nfs years ago where not able to achieve this, I recently gave my old idea a “go” and tried this – and it worked pretty well.
Autumn Eight is a short version of the GT3-track, minor texture mods and a basic eight shape.
The track itself is not yet released and I am continuously working on it, but – the more interesting thing on this track might be something else.
The real secret of this track lies in it’s detail, or better: It’s night version.
Based on this basic eight shape I did what I originally wanted to do: A multi route eight shape track where the crossroads can collide.
Yet, the image above still shows alpha state, the setting itself will be a full magma themed volcano valley with numerous of ways and things to discover, below you find some preview images from the editor:
